All prices include the value added tax (VAT) applicable in Spain.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME

RETURNS

Refunds will only be made for the garment if there is a manufacturing defect in the garment (in this case SewMom will be responsible for collecting the garment to verify the defect). Money will never be refunded for any other reason.

Once we have received the product with the defect and we have been able to verify it, the payment will be refunded within a period of less than 14 calendar days.

In the event of having to send the item back due to a size change, the customer will assume the shipping cost (indicating the size for which they want to change the product).

This return will only be accepted within 15 days after purchase.

Each garment is accompanied by its label which provides instructions for washing, drying and ironing.

It is important to follow all the instructions for proper preservation of the press.
